You are proactive, solutions-focused, and skilled at building effective relationships, leading quality initiatives, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement across healthcare services.**Key Skills and Experience*** Relevant tertiary qualification in healthcare administration or equivalent experience. Postgraduate qualification in quality, risk management, health management, governance, or a related field (Masters level preferred), or equivalent experience. Minimum of five years' experience in a healthcare organisation working in quality and risk management. Proven knowledge of clinical and non-clinical quality and risk management principles and practices. Demonstrated experience in adverse event, incident, and complaint investigation and management. Strong understanding of compliance, certification, accreditation, and auditing systems and processes. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and protocols. Sound knowledge of clinical governance frameworks and quality improvement methodologies. Understanding of relevant legislation, including health and safety requirements and health sector standards. Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
