About the role

Join our Customer Transformation team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland as an experienced Senior Manager and help clients transform the way they work and engage with their customers. You’ll bring your leadership and transformation expertise to guide talented teams, connect strategy with technology, and drive innovation, productivity, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce and nCino solutions, overseeing build, DevOps, and QA to ensure high‑quality, scalable outcomes.
  • Drive release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy to support efficient and reliable deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into well‑architected solutions, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and governance standards.
  • Establish and embed QA frameworks, including automated testing, to maintain quality across the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor system performance, manage defects, and continuously improve delivery processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support delivery planning and prioritisation, managing risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes in fast‑paced environments.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years’ experience in technology delivery, with significant experience in Salesforce and nCino environments.
  • Proven track record in leadership roles across build, DevOps, and QA functions.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (business and technology).
  • Experience managing teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore delivery models.
  • Commercial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and contributing to sales opportunities.
  • Strong problem‑solving capability with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
