Job Description
This role requires a subject matter expert capable of driving talent acquisition technology initiatives.---**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of iCIMS Talent Cloud solutions. Configure and support iCIMS ATS, CRM, Offer Management, Onboarding, Career Sites, and Candidate Experience solutions. Design and maintain complex integrations between iCIMS and external systems including Workday, HRIS, background screening, assessment, job board, and onboarding platforms. Configure advanced recruiting workflows, automation rules, recruiting pipelines, candidate communication campaigns, and talent pools. Develop and support integrations using iCIMS Connect, APIs, Webhooks, XML feeds, REST APIs, and middleware platforms. Lead data migration, system upgrades, platform enhancements, and release management activities. Design and optimize recruiting operations for high-volume and global hiring environments. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Compliance, and IT teams to deliver scalable recruiting solutions. Develop advanced reporting, dashboards, and recruiting analytics using iCIMS reporting tools. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, OFCCP, EEOC, and global data privacy requirements. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and production support for complex iCIMS issues.---**Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience with iCIMS Talent Cloud. Proven experience implementing and administering multiple iCIMS modules, including iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS CRM, iCIMS Offer Management, iCIMS Onboarding, iCIMS Career Sites, and iCIMS Candidate Experience Management. Strong experience with iCIMS Connect Platform and API-based integrations. Experience designing and supporting integrations between iCIMS and Workday HCM. Expertise in recruiting process design, talent acquisition operations, and recruiting technology architecture. Experience supporting enterprise organizations with complex hiring structures and multiple business units.* Strong knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements and data governance practices.---**Good to Have*** iCIMS System Administrator Certification. Experience implementing iCIMS CRM at enterprise scale. Experience with iCIMS Digital Assistant, Text Engagement, and AI-powered recruiting capabilities. Experience integrating iCIMS with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG. Experience with SSO technologies, SAML, OAuth, and identity management solutions. Experience with Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, or other integration middleware platforms. Experience leading global iCIMS deployments across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Experience with OFCCP-compliant recruiting environments.
