Job Description

About Lentune

We build financial management software that helps the people running construction businesses across New Zealand and Australia get real control over their numbers. We're a small, growing SaaS team based at EPIC in central Christchurch and we take doing more with AI seriously, as a real edge, not a buzzword.

About the role

This is a genuinely new kind of marketing role, and the main in-house hire on our team. You'll work alongside a fractional Head of Marketing and a few specialist contractors, with a lot of autonomy and a clear remit: grow the pipeline, keep the numbers honest, and use AI to make strong marketing fundamentals go a lot further.

We're not after someone who just loves AI. We're after a strong, analytical marketer who knows their way around HubSpot, GA4 and the numbers and who's curious enough to amplify that work with the right tools. AI doesn't replace the craft here; it amplifies it.

What you'll do

Grow the pipeline — drive demand across organic (SEO/AEO), paid and campaigns, and run CRO experiments that turn our website into a commercial asset

Make the numbers tell the truth — own GA4, tag management, attribution and reporting, and turn the data into insight people can act on

Amplify with AI — automate the repetitive work, test new tools, and raise the team's game, with the judgement to know when AI's got it wrong

Run the marketing engine — keep HubSpot as our single source of truth, and manage our paid agency and specialist contractors

What you'll bring

An analytical mind — you understand the numbers, the tools, and how to draw real insight from them

Solid B2B marketing‑ops experience: HubSpot, GA4, attribution and conversion tracking you can troubleshoot yourself

Genuine curiosity about AI, and the skill of using it to amplify your work — not just enthusiasm for it

Proven CRO experience — tests you've run and conversion rates you've moved

A self‑starter who is comfortable with a blank page

Nice to have: paid media / Google Ads experience, HubSpot certifications, SQL or scripting, a growth‑stage B2B SaaS background, or construction industry experience.

What's in it for you

A role with real scope and autonomy, and room to grow as we do

The chance to lead how a growing SaaS team puts AI to work — not slot into someone else's playbook

A small, sharp team that gets things done

Based at EPIC Innovation in central Christchurch
