- Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike. \n
- Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers. \n
Sales & Performance:

- Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. \n
- Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development. \n
Customer Experience:
