Responsibilities
  • Manage the regional depot, overseeing daily operations to support the cylinder market.
  • Ensure all distribution and filling activities are carried out safely and efficiently for LPG cylinders.
  • Train staff to ensure all procedures follow company standards, delivering quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Track and report productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, creating cost‑effective solutions and addressing problems quickly.
  • Lead the distribution team to achieve company goals, set individual objectives and performance expectations, and conduct formal development assessments.
Qualifications
  • More than two years of experience in the Gas Industry or a related industry with logistics/distribution experience at a supervisory level.
  • Class 2 licence with 12+ months delivery driving experience using a manual transmission.
  • Physically fit, able to handle heavy lifting.
  • Strong commitment to Health and Safety with a solid understanding of compliance processes to meet statutory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and relationship‑building abilities, coupled with strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and written and verbal communication skills.
