• Build your team – once the baseline work is done, you’ll hire, onboard and train your team of brokers – all Auckland based

• You’ll set the standard, shape the culture and develop people who will enhance the brand

• You’ll learn more about tech than you ever knew before – most of the administration is done – you’ll focus on advice and customer care

• Base salary 160k + generous commission
