Corporate Services Manager
Job Description
Maxiom Management Limited is looking for a reliable and organised Corporate Services Manager to support our internal operations, administration systems, reporting, contractor coordination, financial administration, and business support functions.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the Director and senior management to ensure daily business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities· Manage internal administration systems, office procedures, records, and daily operational processes.
· Coordinate business operations across company projects and related business activities.
· Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants, accountants, and external service providers.
· Maintain project records, contractor documents, staff records, and compliance-related documents.
· Coordinate invoices, payment records, project cost tracking, and budget summaries.
· Organise payroll, GST, tax, accounting, and financial records for review.
· Prepare operational reports, business summaries, and internal documentation for management.
· Support staff administration, onboarding records, leave records, and payroll-related documents.
· Identify practical improvements to internal processes and business efficiency.
Requirements· Experience in corporate services, business administration, office management, operations coordination, or a similar role.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication skills with staff, contractors, suppliers, and external advisers.
· Experience with business records, financial documents, project files, and administration systems.
· Basic understanding of invoices, cost tracking, payroll records, GST, tax records, or accounting document preparation.
· Good Microsoft Office skills.
· Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
