Based at Auckland City Hospital, this permanent full‑time role is Monday to Friday.
About the RoleStep into a dynamic role at Auckland City Hospital, where you will bring your Nuclear Medicine expertise to a progressive and collaborative radiology team. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, contributing to a service that is recognised nationally.
Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of Nuclear Medicine procedures
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals
- Conduct quality control protocols
- Participate in our National PRRT Radionuclide Therapy Service
Our Nuclear Medicine team, consisting of experienced physicians and technologists, provides exceptional patient care across a wide range of conditions and pathologies. We work in a modern environment equipped with two state‑of‑the‑art Siemens SPECT/CT Gamma Cameras – Intevo Bold16 and Intevo6. Familiarity with Siemens technology is an advantage, but not essential.
About You- Tertiary qualification in Nuclear Medicine
- Current registration (or eligibility) with the New Zealand MRT Board
- Valid Annual Practising Certificate in Nuclear Medicine
- Proactive, team‑oriented approach
