You’ll learn from the best, take on meaningful challenges, and make a lasting impact for our clients, our communities, and Aotearoa.Ngā k ōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the roleOur Markets team are hiring a Pursuits and Proposals Executive either in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland or Pōneke / Wellington to support the effective delivery of high-quality, compliant and compelling pursuits and proposals across the firm.Working under the direction of the Pursuits and Proposals Manager , the role focuses on bid coordination, content management , process discipline, and management of the firm’s Pursuit Hub infrastructure.Work with PwC’s partners to play a critical part in ensuring pursuits are well organised , brand aligned, and delivered on schedule, while contributing to the ongoing development of the firm’s Bid Centre of Excellence capability.Success in this role requires strong judgement, attention to detail, responsiveness under pressure, and the ability to bring structure and momentum to bids and pursuits.Your day-to-day could include:Support ing the end-to-end coordination and delivery of proposals across mid-tier and major pursuits.Manag ing proposal timelines, stakeholder inputs, document control and submission requirements to ensure high-quality, compliant outputs.Draft ing , edit ing and refin ing proposal content to improve clarity, consistency, impact and professionalism.Coordinat ing closely with pursuit teams, designers and production specialists to deliver compelling client submissions and presentations.Manag ing and maintain ing the firm’s Pursuit Hub content repository, including case studies, credentials, CVs and reusable proposal content.Driv ing content governance and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure bid materials remain current, effective and aligned to best practice.Support ing the implementation of pursuit frameworks, bid tools and process improvements across the firm.Captur ing lessons learned and contribute to the ongoing development of the Bid Centre of Excellence capability.Ngā pūkenga ka kawea mai e koe , ka whakawhanakehia rānei i tēnei tūranga / Skills you will bring or develop in this role3+ years’ experience supporting bids, proposals or complex business development activities within a professional services or B2B environment.Experience within a professional service or B2B environment preferredStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent pursuitsClear and structured written communication skillsStrong editing capability and attention to detailConfidence engaging with senior stakeholders and contributing within fast-paced pursuit environments.Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvementProactive, reliable and solutions -orientedIf you don’t meet every requirement, we still want to hear from you - your skills and potential may be a great fit.Ngā āhuatanga hirahira o te mahi ki PwC / Highlights of working at PwC NZRewards - Discretionary bonus opportunities; generous referral bonuses; retail discounts & dealsGrowth - Global network; leadership development; A.I. tools and training; formal learning pathwaysWellbeing - $250 annual wellbeing allowance; Life & income protection; S onder/EAP/Headspace; 15 days ’ paid sick leave; group-rate health insurance (eligibility applies)Reputation - PwC is known for shaping tomorrow.
