About the Role

Middlemore Hospital is recruiting part‑time or full‑time Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologists to join a growing team of over 45 radiologists in one of New Zealand’s largest hospitals located in vibrant South Auckland. The role involves delivering high‑quality radiological services within a diverse community, supporting a wide range of specialties and working in an innovative environment that continuously seeks improvement.

About the Team / Service / Location

Middlemore is a secondary‑level teaching hospital accredited by Auckland University and the University of Otago. It serves a population of approximately 600,000 people, providing specialist orthopaedic, plastic surgery, burns, spinal injury rehabilitation, renal dialysis, neonatal intensive care and other tertiary services. The hospital also offers community and domiciliary care for the Counties Manukau region.

Qualifications
  • Registered or eligible for vocational registration as a Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
  • Current Associate Professional Certificate (APC) or the ability to obtain one.
  • Enthusiastic and ready to contribute to a dynamic, culturally diverse health service.
