Caretaker

We are looking for an experienced caretaker, willing to work hard and get the job done. In this wrole you will be responsible for a range of day-to-day maintenace tasks at multiple sites to ensure the upkeep and security of our facilities.

Must have 24 to 36 months of maintenance experience with different skills learnt during that time.

Applicant needs to be phisically fit, sober, and be willing to submit to regular drug sreening.

Responsibilities include: gardening, weeding, spraying, clearing bushes

Pest control inside and outside and on premises border

Painting buildings, scuptures and repairs to African Arts and Crafts such as wire work, beading, concrete, resin and metal crafts.

Small building projects such as shelving, tables and desks etc.

Able and willing to work independently, troubleshoot, brainstorm and solve problems outside the box.

Work flexible hours, wich will change weekly according to roster. Weekends is a MUST and non negotiable, and must be willing to work between Northland and Auckland.

Be very honest and trustworthy and have no criminal record in NZ or any ather country.
