Test Lead

We're looking for a Test Lead to own testing across our platform. This role combines test leadership with hands‑on execution. You'll define and drive the overall test strategy, with particular focus on technical testing and data validation, while also carrying out core testing activities such as writing test cases, executing tests, reporting defects, and supporting issue resolution.

• Clear visibility of testing status, gaps, and risks communicated confidently to delivery teams and senior stakeholders

• Continuous improvement of testing effectiveness, bringing sound judgement to where tools or process changes will genuinely add value

• Developers and business analysts to investigate issues, clarify expected outcomes, and validate fixes

• Executive leadership and senior stakeholders to communicate quality risk and support informed decision‑making

• Significant experience leading testing in complex platform or product environments
\n
• Strong hands‑on capability across test design, execution, defect management, and validation
\n
• Demonstrated experience defining and implementing test strategy across technical features, integrations, and data workflows
\n
• Strong data testing and validation capability, with a clear understanding of data integrity and accuracy risks
\n
• Pragmatic and commercially minded, able to balance quality ambition with delivery constraints
\n
• Confident communicating testing risks and findings to senior stakeholders, including executives
\n
• Strong judgement in ambiguous situations and a clear sense of where to focus testing effort
\n
• Collaborative, with the ability to build trust quickly across technical and non‑technical teams
\n
