The Microsoft 365 landscape has never been more interesting with Automation, Copilot, governance, information management, all moving at once.

We're looking for a Senior Modern Workplace Consultant who brings that breadth, and who's as comfortable in a client conversation as they are in a technical design session.

This is a consultative role. You'll be working directly with great organisations, leading conversations, and designing solutions that are actually maintainable. The technical depth matters, but so does the ability to translate it into something that empowers the people who use it.

• Deliver solutions across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview, and Copilot
\n
• Help clients adopt AI-assisted tooling and modern Microsoft capabilities in a considered way
\n
• Improve how organisations handle collaboration, automation, governance, and information management
\n
• Maintain delivery quality and technical standards across engagements
\n
• Support capability uplift through mentoring and shared technical leadership
\n

You’ll be strong across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, with real experience working with enterprise or mid‑sized clients, ideally in a consulting capacity. Beyond the technical skills, you’ll be someone who communicates clearly, works through ambiguity without getting stuck, and takes ownership of outcomes rather than just tasks.

• Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Purview, information governance, and compliance
\n
• Microsoft Copilot and AI‑enabled workplace tooling
\n
• Client‑facing consultancy in enterprise or mid‑market settings
\n
• Experience with information management, retention policy, or Public Records Act obligations
\n
• Microsoft certifications across M365, Security, Compliance, or Power Platform
\n
• Background in government, health, education, or financial services
\n
• Experience helping organisations improve governance maturity or operational consistency
\n
