In order to be considered for the role we are looking for people who have \n
\n
- \n
- Previous Property Management experience \n
- Clean drivers licence \n
- Great time management \n
- Proficiency in Palace PMS, TPS and Tapi (preferred) \n
- Level 4 Property Management degree is preferred \n
\n
- \n
- Inspecting properties \n
- Lodging maintenance requests \n
- Landlord and Tenant liaison. \n
- The ability to time manage and carry out work in an efficient manner is vital. \n
- Duty of care and striving to do well are two main characteristics we are looking for. \n
- Managing arears and tribunal cases \n
- Flexible working hours to meet job requirements \n
- Good written communication \n
