Bid Manager - Otautahi Christchurch
Citycare Property is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Strategic Growth team in Christchurch. You'll lead end-to-end bid and tender submissions, develop winning proposal strategies, and create compelling content that supports growth across our Social Infrastructure and Facilities Management portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing | Nga Kawenga Takohanga
- Lead end-to-end bid and tender submissions
- Develop bid strategies, win themes, and proposal content.
- Coordinate stakeholders to deliver high-quality submissions
- Manage bid plans, governance, and approval processes.
- Produce clear, persuasive, and customer-focused written responses aligned to evaluation criteria
- Conduct client, market, and competitor research.
- Support pipeline management and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Nga Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
- 5+ years' experience in bids, tenders, or proposals
- Strong proposal writing and content development skills
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience in facilities management, infrastructure, or service-based environments is advantageous
- Legal right to work in New Zealand and ability to meet pre-employment requirements
