  • You’ll work closely with engineers across Digital & Technology, contributing to the design, operation and continuous improvement of our systems.
  • \n
  • You’ll also be part of a culture that values empowered teams over heroics, strong engineering principles over shortcuts, and learning over blame.
  • \n
Key skills and experience we’re looking for:\n
    \n
  • Experience working with AWS, Kubernetes and modern CI/CD practices
  • \n
  • 2+ years' commercial experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering or a similar technology role
  • \n
  • Experience supporting production systems and contributing to incident response and problem resolution activities
  • \n
  • Exposure to Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles
  • \n
  • Experience with scripting or automation and a passion for improving processes
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional Agile teams
  • \n
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, share knowledge and continuously improve
  • \n
Bonus:\n
    \n
  • Experience with observability, monitoring and alerting tools
  • \n
  • Exposure to GitOps, DevSecOps or automated compliance practices
  • \n
  • Experience with networking, configuration management, containers or cloud technologies
  • \n
  • Contributions to technical documentation, runbooks or operational processes
  • \n
