Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager – Own the strategy, roadmap and performance of NZ Post’s Consumer product portfolio, spanning domestic and international products and services.

Drive customer, commercial and operational outcomes across complex service-based products and services.

Lead and influence across multiple teams, systems and stakeholders. Work across Consumer, Digital, Data & Technology, Operations and Supply Chain teams, influencing stakeholders, navigating complex dependencies and driving alignment to deliver successful outcomes.

Champion strong product management disciplines and continuously improve product processes and ways of working.

This role includes one direct report and offers the opportunity to coach and develop an established team member.

• Proven Product Management experience in complex organisations.
\n
• Strong product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management capability.
\n
• Proven success delivering outcomes in service‑based environments.
\n
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and collaboration skills.
\n
• Ability to navigate complexity across multiple systems and teams.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen with a customer‑first mindset.
\n
• Strategic, pragmatic and delivery‑oriented.
\n
• Passion for developing others.
\n
• A Senior Product Manager or a Product Manager ready for the next step.
\n
• Experience in telecommunications, banking, insurance, energy or other large‑scale service organisations is highly regarded.
