About the role\nIn this role, you will report directly to the Head of Delivery and work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers & QA's from discovery to delivery, aligning product and technical visions. You will analyse complex product requirements and effectively communicate these to a team of engineers. You’ll lead the refinement and prioritisation of these requirements into actionable deliverables. A keen eye for solutions and strong prioritisation skills are essential for success in this key position within our team.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Own the delivery of high quality, scaleable, and robust products at high velocity. \n
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams. \n
- Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritise stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy. \n
- Proactively identify & mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals. \n
- Lead the team through investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of production issues. \n
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions. \n

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including developers, QA's, and Product Managers, to define requirements and drive delivery. \n
- Work with the team to create documentation such as use cases, prototypes, and technical specifications. \n
- Establish and drive the gathering of business and technical requirements. \n
- Facilitate demos with the team and stakeholders. \n
- Prioritise and make effective decisions to achieve the product roadmap; managing a range of enhancements and bug fixes. \n
- Implement and promote agile practices to enhance team productivity and morale. \n
