Your Graduate Journey\n

Over 12 months, you’ll complete three rotations across different teams and disciplines, gaining hands‑on experience while building a broad understanding of health‑tech.

\n

From day one, you’ll be contributing to real projects, solving real problems, and working alongside experienced engineers and technical professionals.

\n

Throughout the programme, you’ll gain exposure to:

• Systems integration and interoperability

• Technical implementation and solution delivery

• APIs, healthcare data, and cloud technologies

• Customer and stakeholder collaboration
\n
• Technical problem‑solving and troubleshooting

This unique exposure will accelerate your development, helping you build both deep technical capability and a broad understanding of how technology solutions are delivered to customers.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed a strong technical foundation, meaningful industry experience, and a broad understanding of Orion Health’s products, customers, and technology landscape. Graduates will then transition into a permanent role aligned to their strengths, interests, performance, and business needs, typically within either Software Engineering or Implementation.

What You’ll Bring\n

We’re looking for passionate, curious graduates who are excited by technology and want to build solutions with real‑world impact.

Your Background\n

You’re completing (or have recently completed) a degree in:

• Software Engineering
\n
• Computer Science
\n
• Computer Systems Engineering
\n
• Information Technology
\n
• Information Systems
\n
• Or a related discipline
\n

Technical Skills\n

You’ll have experience with Java through your studies, personal projects, internships, or other practical experience.

Exposure to any of the following would also be beneficial:

• JavaScript/TypeScript
\n
• HTML/CSS
\n
• React or Angular
\n
• AWS or Azure
\n
• SQL and databases
\n
• APIs and integrations
\n
• Linux, Bash scripting, or Git
