  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor) with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
  • \n
  • Ability to work autonomously, making in‑store decisions that positively impact sales performance
  • \n
  • A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
  • \n
  • Confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high‑performing teams
  • \n
  • Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control and overall store presentation
  • \n
  • Own whole‑of‑store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT and extraordinary customer experiences
  • \n
  • Lead by example through connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales
  • \n
  • Connect and educate loyal customers on our world‑famous product
  • \n
Coaching & Leadership\n
    \n
  • Coach and develop a high‑performance, fun and energetic culture through hands‑on mentoring and on‑floor leadership
  • \n
  • Manage and lead a diverse team to success across various aspects of our stores
  • \n
Store Operations\n
    \n
  • Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins and opportunities
  • \n
  • Oversee day‑to‑day store operations – prioritise and delegate duties as needed
  • \n
  • Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy
  • \n
  • Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • \n
