As the Branch Manager, you’ll be supporting a small but dedicated team and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the branch. Your focus will be on:
\nCustomer relationships — Building and maintaining strong relationships with local customers and suppliers, and ensuring our team delivers great service and practical solutions.
\nBranch performance — Supporting sales activity, managing costs, and helping the team meet achievable targets appropriate for a smaller branch.
\nOperational oversight — Ensuring stock levels are well managed, orders run smoothly, and Health & Safety standards are upheld.
\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of branch operations — from customer service to sales support to team leadership.
