As part of a highly innovative and creative team you will ensure that our industry leading products are guaranteed to deliver customer success.Responsibilities:* Provide technical Leadership of assigned features* Product Requirements Identification, Analysis, Design and Documentation* Software Implementation - Build, Test, Integration, Deployment and DocumentationKey Skills and Experience:* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline* 5+ years experience in a software testing role* In depth knowledge of the Application lifecycle* Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style* Ability to communicate technical complexities to internal and external customersDesirable:* Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* A practical mindset and the ability to ask good questions and seek guidance when neededTechnologies we use:* AI, ASR, NLU, TTS, IVR, Chatbots* JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.JS, React* AWS technologies: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3* Jira, GitThis role is home based, but you will be required to come to the office for team meeting days.
