Technical Advisor - Te Puke
Job Description
Based in Te Puke, you will assist growers by providing technical advice, tailored solutions and commercial support that help improve the productivity and profitability of their crops. You'll manage a portfolio of customers while identifying new opportunities, building long‑term relationships and representing Farmlands within the local horticultural community.

There will also be a focus on sales and relationship building plus excellent communication skills are critical to your success in this role.
\nWhat you bring to the business:

- Strong technical knowledge and experience. \n
- Ideally a relevant tertiary qualification in horticulture or a similar discipline but equally as important is your experience brought from managing orchards and hands on learned knowledge. \n
- A depth and breadth of horticulture experience, so we know that our clients are in good hands. \n
- Experience in sales management would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite as sales support will be provided. \n
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and build effective working relationships. \n
