Senior Business Analyst - Data

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong data and transformation expertise to join our 24‑month fixed‑term programme in Auckland or Wellington. You will work across strategic change initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to understand customer and business needs, improve processes, and define practical solutions.

You’ll bring strong analysis, stakeholder engagement, and data‑driven insights to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers, colleagues and the business.

• Strong capability in business process analysis design and continuous improvement using data‑driven insights.

• Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation and translating business and technical requirements.
\n
• Experience leading analysis activities – data gathering, analysis and providing options based on data.
\n
• Experience working on large scale transformation programmes within complex organisations.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to incorporate customer insights (Voice of Customer and behavioural data) into solutions.

• Experience partnering with CX and UX to deliver customer‑centred outcomes using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
\n
• Proficient in translating enterprise and operational risk and data insights into clear requirements.
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
\n
• Experience in a banking environment, including transactional business banking products and customer journeys, is an advantage.
