Commercial Cleaner

We are a cleaning company in the greater Wellington region looking for 2 Cleaners to manage our sites.

We are looking for two Cleaners who can efficiently manage a team of 4 to 6 personnel.

As a team leader/supervisor you will be

• ensuring that our cleints receive prompt service with thier cleaning needs.
\n
• Ensuring that the standards of cleaning is maintained.
\n
• responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about the work completed
\n
• planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
\n
• interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, dismissing and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances
\n
• instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated cleaning procedures.
\n
• taking inventory of cleaning goods for the operations and ordering new stock
\n
• ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.
\n

The minimum pay is $24 per hour and the maximum is $25. You will be gaurenteed 30 hours per week of work.

You are required to have a high school qualification or 1 year of work experience in any field and a clean drivers license
