Owning and operating the local Colliers Franchise, specialising in Commercial Property, in 2024, Quay Body Corporate Management Limited was established as an independent entity.

About the role

\n

Working closely with Body Corporate Managers, you will build strong working relationships while providing essential administrative and operational support across a diverse portfolio of properties.

\n

This role is well suited to someone who thrives on collaboration, can effectively balance competing priorities, and communicates confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. A strong focus on accuracy, organisation, and supporting positive outcomes for clients and colleagues is key to success in this role.

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n
    \n
  • Managing incoming correspondence and responding to routine enquiries
  • \n
  • Maintaining relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
  • \n
  • Preparing AGM and EGM documentation
  • \n
  • Coordinating meeting documentation and follow-up actions
  • \n
  • Upkeep of accurate property and client records
  • \n
  • Assisting with insurance renewals and claims administration
  • \n
  • Supporting maintenance coordination and contractor communication
  • \n
  • Supporting Body Corporate Managers with day-to-day portfolio administration
  • \n

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is people-focused, organised, and enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment.

You will ideally have:

  • A professional approach to customer service
  • \n
  • Previous administration experience
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • \n
  • Good general IT skills and confidence learning new systems
  • \n
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • \n
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • \n
