Team Member

Community Energy & Service Hub Limited , known for providing quality services, is currently seeking multiple Team Members to join its team in Rotorua , Bay of Plenty . The ideal candidates will be positive, reliable, and customer-focused individuals who can support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment, assist customers efficiently, and help maintain a smooth and welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by providing product information and helping them locate items within the store.
\n
• Replenish shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed and adequately stocked.
\n
• Support stock rotation and conduct expiry date checks to maintain product freshness and minimise waste.
\n
• Operate the cash register and accurately process cash and EFTPOS transactions.
\n
• Unpack deliveries, verify incoming stock, and organise products in storage and display areas.
\n
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, ensuring aisles and shelves are tidy and well presented.
\n
• Monitor product dates and rotate stock to ensure quality and freshness standards are maintained.
\n
• Assist with setting up promotional displays and in-store special offers.
\n
• Support pricing accuracy by checking labels and updating shelf tickets where required.
\n
• Collect stock from suppliers and deliver to business clients locations in a timely and professional manner while ensuring the safe handling and transportation of goods.
\n
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
\n
• Follow store procedures and comply with all health and safety requirements.
\n
• Identify and report any hazards, ensuring aisles remain clear and safe for customers and staff.
\n

The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $24 to $27 per hour.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
\n
• Valid driver’s License.
\n
• Flexible availability with the ability to work rostered shifts.
\n
• Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
\n
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
