Massage Therapist

Our company is currently seeking reliable, full-time Massage Therapists to join our Hamilton team. This role starts at a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours. The starting rate is between $27 to $35 per hour, depending on skills and qualifications. In this position, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of health and wellness-related tasks, including:

• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and therapy equipment to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
\n
• Perform massage therapy sessions using skilled techniques to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension.
\n
• Apply advanced, safe, and effective massage techniques tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Work with clients recovering from injuries or illnesses, providing specialized care under professional standards.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records to track progress, provide follow-up care, and respond to client inquiries.
\n
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and well-maintained treatment space.
\n

To be successful in this role, you should have :

1. Warm and professional demeanor with excellent attention to detail.
\n
2. At least two years of relevant experience or a relevant qualification in massage therapy, bodywork, spa therapy, or a similar hands-on role involving body treatment services.
\n
3. Strong understanding of health procedures and ability to adhere to industry guidelines.
\n
4. Good communication skills and a customer service attitude.
\n
5. Flexibility to work on a roster, including evenings and weekends.
\n
6. Clear criminal record; drug testing is required.
