Solution Architect
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to help shape and deliver modern, cloud-first solutions across the Ministry's Shared Services portfolio. You'll design and guide solutions that support corporate and back-office services, working closely with delivery teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Lead solution design across Shared Services domains \n
- Translate business needs into scalable architectures \n
- Drive cloud and SaaS adoption \n
- Guide legacy-to-cloud migration approaches \n
- Assure supplier architecture deliverables meet Ministry standards and quality expectations \n
- Align solutions with enterprise standards \n
- Mentor teams and provide technical leadership \n

- Proven Solution Architect experience in complex environments (not a first-time SA role) \n
- Comfortable operating independently across design & delivery \n
- Strong Public Cloud expertise (Azure, M365, AWS) \n
- Experience delivering legacy to cloud transformations \n
- Experience managing and assuring supplier outputs \n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills \n

The appointing salary for this role is $118,904 to $163,344, while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
