- Deliver innovative process engineering solutions across energy, resources, manufacturing, dairy, and food and beverage projects. \n
- Lead small to medium‑sized sustaining capital projects, ensuring outcomes meet client expectations and business objectives. \n
- Support projects across the full lifecycle, including cost estimation, design coordination, procurement, commissioning, and handover. \n
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to work‑winning through proposals, technical solutions, and business development activity. \n
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment. \n
- Support our growing decarbonisation portfolio and help strengthen partnerships with new and existing manufacturing clients. \n

- Relevant engineering qualifications, ideally in Process or Chemical Engineering. \n
- Experience in dairy, food and beverage, clean‑industry sectors, or general manufacturing. \n
- Around 6+ years’ post‑graduate experience in a similar process engineering role. \n
- A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes across multidisciplinary projects. \n
- Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. \n
- The ability to see the big picture, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh thinking to project delivery. \n
- Experience supporting work‑winning, client engagement, or proposal development. \n
- Chartered status, or working towards chartership would be advantageous. \n
