Engage on both internal initiatives and external projects, scoping, designing and delivering digital solutions. Depending on experience, collaborate with teams or take greater ownership. About you Enjoy working across different projects, industries, and disciplines to develop and deliver solutions and new digital offerings. Comfortable working with clients and project teams to understand problems, create clarity, and explain how a digital approach can add value. Curious, practical, and able to work where answers are not yet defined. Bring a strong passion for continuous learning, self‑development, and professional growth. Qualifications 5+ years of experience across digital domains such as consulting, project delivery, business analysis, product ownership, data, technology, infrastructure, asset management, government, or a related field. Strong relationship‑building, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to translate between client needs, business requirements, and technical delivery teams. Exposure to agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods, or an interest in developing this capability. Experience defining requirements at a business, user, or system level. Experience with Microsoft, Esri, Autodesk, Bentley, or similar technology environments is helpful but not essential. Interest in engineering, infrastructure, asset management, or digital transformation, with a curiosity and learning mindset valued most.
