- Partner with Lead Engineers to shape internal platform improvements \n
- Build and improve engineering workflows, observability, service templates, and documentation \n
- Help shape the systems that make AI‑assisted development easier \n
- Improve internal engineering context quality \n
- Contribute to AI enablement initiatives in software delivery lifecycle \n
- Identify developer friction sources and implement scalable improvements \n
- Lead by example in using AI‑assisted ways of working \n
- Gather feedback and deliver high-impact platform improvements \n

- Strong software engineering experience in production environments \n
- Over 5 years of experience \n
- Solid coding ability in at least one modern programming language \n
- Experience improving developer workflows or internal tools \n
- Practical experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, observability, test automation, release engineering, service frameworks, or developer tooling \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- A genuine interest in helping teams use AI-assisted development tools effectively \n
