Designing, building, and deploying applications for customers using the latest .NET technologies, with a strong emphasis on scalability and performance.
Working closely with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
Providing technical advice and consultancy to customers.
Working closely with stakeholders and taking accountability for the technical experience and outcomes.
Staying across the latest tech trends, models, and tools, and bringing innovative ideas into solution design.
Contributing to establishing best practices, frameworks, and reusable components for development at Datacom.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-facing tools and APIs that deliver measurable business value to customers.
Ensuring systems are developed within agreed budgets and time frames and achieve necessary design and system security standards.

Requirements\n

A passion for and willingness to explore the potential of AI solutions in software development.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Experience in a Senior Developer or Tech Lead role.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a customer‑facing context.
An open mind and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
We are open to finding the right blend of technical skills and experience drawing from the following:
.NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET, and C#
RESTful API design and development
Front‑end development skills (React, Angular, HTML, CSS)
Proficiency in database design and management (SQL Server, MySQL)
Experience or knowledge of Azure cloud computing platforms (or equivalent).
