- Design, build and maintain mobile applications that deliver meaningful customer experiences in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and tight delivery timelines. \n
- Collaborate with architecture and wider Payments team to align on and implement architectural changes while continuing to deliver new customer features. \n
- Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions while supporting others in the team. \n
- Work closely with product, platform and engineering partners to deliver end to end solutions. \n
- Share knowledge, support others and help grow team capability. \n
- Contribute to engineering practices across performance, security and reliability. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and delivery approaches. \n

- 7+ years of experience in mobile application development, with strong expertise in Android using Kotlin and modern frameworks such as Jetpack Compose. \n
- Strong collaboration skill, with working across teams to align on shared goals, dependences and technical direction. \n
- Experience working in complex environment where multiple initiatives are delivered in parallel. \n
- Proven experience working within collaborative teams to build scalable and complex systems, with a strong understanding of mobile architecture and design principles. \n
- Solid capability across testing, debugging and quality engineering practices, with exposure to mobile automation frameworks and testing tools. \n
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Fastlane, Gradle or Jenkins, with exposure to cloud based CI CD platforms. \n
- Understanding of Material Design guidelines and accessibility principles, with a focus on creating inclusive and user friendly experiences. \n
- Able to balance ideal engineering outcomes with delivery constraints and business outcomes. \n
- Integrates AI effectively into engineering workflows to improve quality and efficiency, demonstrates strong judgement on appropriate use, and coaches others on responsible AI practices. \n
