- Owning regulatory compliance outcomes across your portfolio, identifying risks and ensuring issues are resolved and sustained \n
- Leading behavioural and cultural change in stores to embed strong compliance practices \n
- Partnering closely with store leaders through regular visits, audits, and performance discussions \n
- Supporting stores through regulatory incidents, recalls, and escalation scenarios \n
- Influencing store capability and accountability through coaching, challenge, and targeted interventions \n
- Identifying systemic risks and helping drive continuous improvement across the network \n

- 5+ years’ experience in regulatory, compliance, or risk roles \n
- Strong experience working in retail regulatory environments (e.g. food safety, restricted sales, hazardous substances, recalls) \n
- Proven ability to identify risk, prioritise action, and drive sustained compliance outcomes \n
- A solid understanding of New Zealand regulatory frameworks relevant to retail operations \n
- Confidence working with Owner Operators and store leaders to influence and challenge when needed \n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stores \n
