- Partner with Branch, Business Banking, and community networks to create a strong pipeline \n
- Coach, connect, and actively support your team in the market \n
- Champion the Mobile Lending proposition — meeting customers where and when it suits them \n
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion aligned to national strategy \n
- Embed strong risk, compliance, and conduct practices across your team \n
- Drive continuous improvement in performance, processes, and customer experience \n

- Proven leadership experience, ideally leading geographically dispersed teams \n
- Strong background in home lending, with understanding of credit, risk, and customer needs \n
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth through networks, partnerships, and community presence \n

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into outcomes \n
