Chief Development Officer 8-10 years of progressive development/fundraising experience, with a track record securing six- and seven-figure gifts Proven success diversifying revenue beyond government grants into major gifts, corporate partnerships, and foundation support Experience designing and executing capital campaigns and multi-year fundraising strategies Skilled at board engagement and mobilizing senior leaders as fundraising ambassadors Strong leadership managing multi-site or remote development teams Proficient in donor CRM platforms, moves management, and data-driven fundraising decisions Deep alignment with the organization's mission and values This is an immediate need for a mission-driven leader ready to scale a high-impact nonprofit's resources and reach.
