- Establish and drive requirements gathering activities \n
- Organise and facilitate requirements workshops \n
- Create user personas and user journeys \n
- Document use cases, user stories, prototypes, wireframes, proposals and strategy documents \n
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Ownership team to ensure value is being created and delivery backlogs are groomed and maintained \n
- Influence change that increases team performance at a sustainable pace \n
- Build and promote an open, trusting and respectful team environment; facilitate discussion, collaborative decision making and conflict resolution \n
- Provide support to the team(s) using a servant leadership style whenever possible and lead by example \n
- Organise and facilitate daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint & release planning, demos and other related team meetings \n

- Business analyst with experience delivering enterprise projects \n
- Ability to influence stakeholder relationships and drive team performance \n
- Development background and/or knowledge of the SDLC \n
- Excellent documentation and communication skills \n
- Experienced Agile and Scrum practitioner \n
- Scrum Master experience preferred \n
