\nMitre 10 MEGA Tauranga is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to take charge of our Trade Drive Thru. Working closely with the store management team, you will oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service every day.
\nThis is a full-time role (40 hours per week), including one weekend day.

About the Role\n- \n
- Customer Service Excellence – Provide outstanding service while acting in the best interest of the company. \n
- Industry Expertise – Knowledge of DIY, power tools, timber, and building supplies is a bonus - however we are mostly looking for strong leadership skills \n
- Communication & Leadership – Ability to manage performance, motivate teams, and drive success. \n
- Financial Acumen – Budget management and inventory control expertise. \n
- Health & Safety Compliance – Understanding of workplace safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers. \n
- Valid Driver’s License – Full New Zealand Class 1 driver’s license (forklift license advantageous). \n

- Exceptional Customer Experiences – Lead and develop a high-performing team that exceeds customer expectations. \n
- Operational Efficiency – Implement and optimize departmental processes to enhance productivity and service quality. \n
- Stock & Order Management – Ensure accurate stock control and timely fulfillment of orders. \n
- Health & Safety Leadership – Promote and enforce health and safety best practices, ensuring all employees operate in a safe and compliant environment. \n
- Team Development & Support – Drive engagement, training, and succession planning while taking on Duty Management responsibilities. \n
