Job Description
We're looking for an energetic, peoplefocused Operations Team Leader to lead our Counter Sales, Phone Sales and Warehouse teams. If you love developing people, thrive in a fastpaced environment, and enjoy being the calm, capable centre of our busy Hamilton branch, this role is for you.
What you'll lead
- Team leadership - Recruit, coach, develop and motivate a highperforming team across counter, phone and warehouse operations
- Customer service excellence - build relationships, upsell, provide product knowledge & help serve customers over the trade counter and phone
- Operational efficiency - Manage workflow, and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
- Represent our brand & core values; and
- Have fun while working as part of a friendly team.
We're after someone:
- With strong leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop people
- With proven sales experience and great customer service skills
