Assistant Store Managers take on a store leadership role when the Store Manager is away. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure customers receive a blend of professional eye care and eyewear styling advice. You will strive to encourage a team that provides exceptional customer service and care to everyone who visits your store About You: At least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. A natural team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others on the shop floor. Able to work closely and build positive relationship with Store Manager to maintain a professional environment and customer service Confidence in building genuine connections with customers and creating beneficial in-store interactions. Has a positive, proactive attitude! You will bring energy to the team and love being part of a collaborative, supportive environment.
