OpenText Developer

We're looking for an experienced OpenText Technical Consultant to join our team in Auckland, bringing expertise in enterprise content management and systems transformation. In this role, you'll work on large-scale ECM implementations, leveraging your deep knowledge of the OpenText Content Server suite and related technologies.

You'll be hands-on with development and administration tasks, including scripting with OScript, workflow design, and integration with platforms like SAP and Microsoft 365. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, communicate clearly, and deliver client-focused solutions will be key to your success. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in Agile environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is confident working independently and collaboratively.

This role sits within our Information Services practice - one of four key areas at Tenzing, alongside Technology Services, Management Consulting, and Managed Services. The Information Services team partners with clients to deliver all things data including data science, data warehousing, and data migrations. We use proven methodologies along with industry leading technology (like Snowflake!) to create scalable and sustainable data solutions tailored to our customer's needs.

What you bring:

You'll have OpenText certification and consulting experience with large ECM implementations with proven ability in:

• administration and development with OpenText Content Server suite products
• exposure to OpenText Archive Center, Extended ECM for SAP, Extended ECM for M365 etc.
• O'script and web report development
• programming experience with .Net, C# or Java
• workflow design and development
• documentation, with good written and spoken English language skills
• agile systems implementations

It's also important you bring a client-focused mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
