People at Deloitte are the best at what they do and learning from high-performers is a fantastic way to kickstart your growth and career.

Graduates at Deloitte have a week-long induction to learn about the business, get paired with a buddy and coach to help them find their place in the team, and build connections with almost 200 other graduates doing the exact same thing! You are not on a 'programme' and instead inducted into the business as a key member of the team from day one. Once you sign your contract with Deloitte, you will start in February the year following. Between the application process and your start-date, we have many events and touchpoints, so you feel part of the Deloitte whanau before your first day and are greeted with friendly faces.

If you are interested in pursuing a professional qualification, Deloitte support this through paid study leave, subsidised courses, and training from senior members of the team.
