Graduates at Deloitte have a week-long induction to learn about the business, get paired with a buddy and coach to help them find their place in the team, and build connections with almost 200 other graduates doing the exact same thing! You are not on a 'programme' and instead inducted into the business as a key member of the team from day one. Once you sign your contract with Deloitte, you will start in February the year following. Between the application process and your start-date, we have many events and touchpoints, so you feel part of the Deloitte whanau before your first day and are greeted with friendly faces.

If you are interested in pursuing a professional qualification, Deloitte support this through paid study leave, subsidised courses, and training from senior members of the team. There are also many learning and development opportunities offered to our graduates outside of the professional qualification realm.

About this role:

As a Graduate within Enterprise Transformation, you will be part of client-facing engagements, helping to create deliverables, conduct research and analysis, and work behind the scenes to ensure client needs are met.

Enterprise Transformation sits at the intersection of business and technology, helping organisations solve complex challenges, improve performance and deliver meaningful change. We work with clients across a range of industries and functions, supporting everything from business process improvement and operating model transformation through to enterprise technology-enabled change and large-scale transformation programmes.

Depending on your interests, skills and experiences, you may have the opportunity to work across areas including business and technology transformation, finance transformation, people and HR technology, enterprise applications and strategic advisory, including solutions such as SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors and Workday.

You will work closely with your buddy, coach and project leads.

Your typical day will include:

• Helping clients solve complex business and technology challenges enabled by AI

• Sitting in on internal and client-facing meetings, interviews and workshops

• Working with teams to research topics and deliver projects that make a real difference for clients and their people

• Supporting organisations to design, implement and embed business and technology transformation initiatives

• Analysing business processes, gathering requirements and helping identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborating with clients and Deloitte teams to deliver successful transformation outcomes

Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with:

• Any part-time experience or volunteer work where youhave dealt with people (for example customer serviceorhospitality) would set you up well for a graduate rolewith us. Any experience public speaking is also a bonus

• Thriving academically at University and studying towards a Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, engineering, technology or a related field, with an interest in how people, process and technology can solve organisational challenges

• The ability to conduct research andanalysesets ofdata to drawconclusions. Can identify business problems and thinkcritically to solve them. Capable of multitasking andworking with a variety of stakeholders

• Integrity and an awareness ofstrengths,differences, and personal impact. Able to understandexpectations andhave a commitment to personallearningand development

• Open minded and adaptable. Excited by the opportunity to apply your skills across a range of business and technology challenges while continuing to learn and grow.
