#J-18808-LjbffrThis is a fixed‑term role within Oranga Tamariki’s Disability Programme, lasting until 30 June 2027.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Lead the design and development of business and technical requirements for embedding disability prompts throughout the case management system. \n
- Ensure solutions are people‑centred, meeting the needs of front‑line practice kaimahi, tamariki, and rangatahi. \n
- Work closely with workstream members, stakeholders and the programme to validate requirements and consider implementation aspects. \n
- Contribute to building the implementation plan and guidance, including measures and evaluation approaches. \n
- \n
- Senior Business Analyst experience delivering complex change initiatives. \n
- First‑hand understanding of disability through lived experience, whānau experience, community involvement or significant professional experience in the disability sector. \n
- Strong knowledge of disability models, accessibility, inclusion and disability‑centred design principles. \n
- Proven ability to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements. \n
- Experience identifying and implementing business process and system improvements. \n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, able to build trust across diverse communities and delivery teams. \n
- Experience working across business, operational, frontline service and technology environments. \n
- Commitment to culturally responsive practice, including tikanga Māori and Pacific perspectives. \n
