#J-18808-LjbffrAs a Work Broker, you will play a crucial role in supporting people into employment by engaging with local employers and industries, identifying job opportunities and listing sustainable employment solutions for job seekers.
\nThis is a permanent opportunity and is based in the Queenstown office.

- Proactively sourcing vacancies by cold calling, networking, and using your sales and marketing skills to uncover new opportunities for job seekers. \n
- Profiling job seekers to match them with suitable roles, while building and maintaining professional relationships with both clients and employers. \n
- Working closely with Case Managers and other Service Centre staff to support clients in their employment journey. \n
- Leading recruitment efforts for both seasonal and permanent roles, as well as engaging with industries to support recruitment and training programmes. \n
- Providing tailored employment solutions that benefit both job seekers and employers. \n
- \n
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role where relationship‑building with employers is key. \n
- A focus on results with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, job placement targets and an ability to navigate setbacks. \n
- Confidence in cold calling, networking, and using technology to source employment opportunities. \n
- The ability to identify job opportunities and know what strategies to use to engage employers considering the local labour market. \n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. \n
- Flexibility to travel within the region to meet employers as required. \n
Please note - This role requires applicants to have a clean full New Zealand Driver Licence.

- A salary band range from $79,200 - $95,873 with a realistic starting salary from $79,200 per annum. Consideration will be given to the successful candidate’s individual relevant skills, experience, and other factors to determine the actual starting salary. \n
