\nYour day-to-day would look like:
\n- \n
- Partnering with Technology, Digital, Data, AI, and Cyber teams to provide procurement advice, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver strong commercial outcomes. \n
- Leading end-to-end procurement activities, including RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracting, and onboarding. \n
- Managing relationships with technology suppliers, monitor performance, and support ongoing value delivery across software, cloud, telecommunications, managed services, and professional services. \n
In your first 6-12 months, success will look like:
\n- \n
- Shaping and influencing procurement strategies that support Tower’s technology, digital, data, AI, and cyber priorities. \n
- Acting as a trusted commercial advisor, helping stakeholders make informed investment, sourcing, and supplier decisions. \n
- Delivering commercial value by optimizing supplier partnerships, contract arrangements, and technology-related spending. \n
- Strengthening procurement maturity through improved governance, processes, capability building, and best-practice supplier management. \n
- Ensureing technology procurement activities align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and long-term organisational goals. \n
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
\n- \n
- Significant procurement experience, ideally 10+ years, including proven technology category, commercial negotiation and supplier management experience. \n
- MCIPS, CIPS Level 4 or equivalent procurement, commercial, legal, technology or business qualification preferred. \n
- Experience designing and executing technology category strategies that align commercial, operational, risk, security and business outcomes. \n
- Demonstrable success leading and negotiating complex technology deals, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud, outsourcing, managed services, cyber, data, telecommunications or professional services arrangements \n
- Experience supporting technology change, transformation or implementation projects, with \n
- Strong commercial and procurement expertise , with the ability to analyse costs, negotiate complex technology contracts, and deliver value across software, cloud, cyber, and managed services. \n
- Skilled at building trusted relationships, influencing stakeholders, and navigating complex commercial challenges while balancing risk, business needs, and technology outcomes. \n
- Adaptable and collaborative professional with strong communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for innovative sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships. \n
