As our Front Office Duty Manager, you'll be a key part of the action - leading the guest experience, supporting the Front Office team, and ensuring our Open House runs smoothly day and night. Job Description

Mission 1: Welcome and assist each guest with personalised attention, from check-in to check-out.

Mission 2: Supervise and coach the reception team to ensure smooth and impeccable service.

Mission 3: Manage the cash registers, verify accounts, and ensure proper handling of payments.

Mission 4: Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and responsively.

Mission 5: Actively promote the hotel's services : shop, restaurant, events... it all passes through your hands.

Mission 6: Ensure communication between the team and management by reporting all essential information.

Mission 7: Be the 'yes' person, no challenge is too big or small.

Mission 8: Be the guarantor of a flawless customer experience at all times of the day.

Qualifications

Because you've got it in you:

  • An impeccable sense of welcome and customer service.
  • A natural ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flawless organisation and excellent priority management.
  • Smooth and effective communication in all circumstances.
  • A desire to learn and develop.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:

  • Level of studies: Diploma or Bachelor in Hospitality/Hotel Management.
  • Knowledge of MEWS operating system is a bonus
  • Field of study: Hospitality or Tourism.
  • Professional experience: 2 years minimum.
  • Languages required: English.
  • Valid LCQ and Managers Certificate
