Freelance Real Estate Photographer / Videographer – Wellington, New Zealand Job Overview Join Diakrit as a freelancer to capture high‑quality real‑estate photographs and videos, including drone footage, for clients across New Zealand. You will work independently, using your own equipment, while Diakrit handles logistics, post‑production, and client management. Responsibilities Photograph and shoot video of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high visual standards. Operate drone equipment to acquire aerial imagery. Coordinate with property owners and clients to schedule shoot times. Manage on‑site logistics and equipment setup. Qualifications Proven experience in real‑estate media production. Own equipment: full‑frame camera, 16‑35mm wide‑angle lens, 24‑105mm telephoto lens, tripod (>=180cm), external flash. Videography: full‑frame camera (1080p+), gimbal, wireless audio. Drone: recent model, valid pilot license. Knowledge of post‑production workflows (photo retouching, floor‑plan rendering, video editing) is a plus. Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
